Standard Mainland GB Delivery FREE (On all orders over £40).

Our Mainland GB standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £40 (excluding Northern Ireland & UK islands, i.e. islands accessible by boat or water transport from the GB landmass & BFPO*). Orders under £40, UK standard delivery is £3.95. You can expect your order within 1-2 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) in the majority of cases. Your order will be delivered Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm.

*Our standard delivery charge for the Isle of Man is £7.95. Northern Ireland is £6.95, the Channel Islands is £9.95, irrespective of order value.

Next Day Delivery - £4.95

You can expect your order the following day if you order before 3 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday or Saturday will be delivered on Monday. Next day delivery is currently unavailable in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, BFPO & some remote UK postcodes.

Delivery to store - FREE

Choose to have your order delivered to any of our stores within an estimated 3-6 working days for FREE. Once your order has arrived at the store, we will email and text you (if a mobile number has been provided) to let you know it is ready for collection.

When collecting your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email or text message and one of the following forms of ID: A Photo ID, such as a driver's license, or a utility bill with your name and address on it that matches the name and billing address used when placing your order.

Your order will be available for collection for 14 days from the date your delivery arrives in the store. After 7 days, we will send you a reminder, and after 14 days have elapsed, we will return your order and refund you via your chosen payment method.

Premium Delivery to Store (1-2 working days) - £3.95

If you require your order quicker, select our premium store delivery service and your goods will be delivered to the store within an estimated 1-2 working days for £3.95.

Check and Reserve – Try before you buy

Reserve any item currently in stock at your local store, and we will confirm availability within 1 hour (during store opening times) via text and email. We’ll hold the stock for you until the end of the following day. Simply bring along confirmation of your order number to collect your reservation, and if you are happy with the goods, pay for them in-store.

 

In no event shall we be liable for any penalty or damages for any delay in your delivery. If any of the order is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team. Please also make sure you keep your delivery note and all packaging.
