Standard Mainland GB Delivery FREE (On all orders over £20)

Our Mainland GB standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £20 (excluding Northern Ireland & UK islands. i.e. islands accessible by boat or water transport from the GB landmass & BFPO*). Orders under £20 UK standard delivery is £2.99. You can expect your order within 2-4 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) in the majority of cases. Your order will be delivered Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm.

*Our standard delivery charge for Isle of Man is £2.99. Northern Ireland & BFPO is £3.99, the Channel Islands is £9, irrespective of order value.

Next Day Delivery - £2.99* (On all orders over £25) £4.99 for orders Under £25

*You can expect your order the following day if you order before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday. Next day delivery is currently unavailable in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, BFPO & some remote UK postcodes.

Hermes ParcelShop Delivery £2.99

Won’t be home? Pick up your parcel from a local ParcelShop at a time that suits you.

You can expect your order to be delivered to your chosen location within 2-4 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) in the majority of cases. You will be notified by e-mail and/or text when your order arrives and is ready to collect.

Please bring your confirmation email (simply show the email on your phone or print) and either your payment card or photo ID (passport or driving licence).

Parcels will be retained in the Shop for a period of 10 days to allow for customer collection.

*Some items aren’t available via this method, if it’s available we'll let you know during checkout.

Delivery to Store - FREE

Choose to have your order delivered to any of our stores within an estimated 3-6 working days for FREE. Once your order has arrived at store we will send you an email and text (if a mobile number has been provided) informing you that your order is ready for collection.

When collecting your order please bring a copy of your order confirmation email or text message and one of the following forms of ID: A Photo ID such as a driving license, or a utility bill with your name and address on which matches the name and billing address used when placing your order.

Your order will be available for collection for 14 days from the date your delivery arrives in store. After 7 days we will send you a reminder and after the 14 day period has elapsed we will return your order and refund you via your chosen payment method. 

Premium Delivery to Store (1-3 working days) - £2.99

If you require your order quicker select our premium store delivery service and your goods will be delivered to store within an estimated 1-3 working days for £2.99.

Check and Reserve – Try before you buy

Reserve any item currently in stock at your local store and we will confirm availability within 1 hour (during store opening times) via text and email. We’ll hold the stock for you until the end of the following day. Simply bring along confirmation of your order number to collect your reservation and if you are happy with the goods pay for them in store.

International Delivery - £8.00 (plus £4 for each additional item)

We offer a secure and cost effective international delivery service within 10-15 days to the following locations:

Germany, France, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain. 

In no event shall we be liable for any penalty or damages for any delay with your delivery. If any of the order is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team. Please also make sure you keep your delivery note and all packaging.
