Returns Procedure
If you need to return one of your purchases please refer firstly to the relevant
section in our terms and conditions to see
detailed information about our returns conditions
before continuing with the rest of this form.
1) Send us, by means of the form below, details of the return including your
order number and the reason for returning the goods.
2) You will then receive an e-mail from us acknowledging your request for a
return giving your own unique return number, which should be quoted in all correspondence.
3) You will need to then arrange to send the parcel, suitably packed and protected,
back to us in its original packaging at your expense (If the goods are found
to be faulty you will receive a credit for this) to the address shown above
and include a copy of the receipt for postage or carriage, along with a copy
of the e-mail we send you showing the return number.
4) If the return is within our stated 7 working days time limit you will be
credited for the cost of your goods and delivery to you.
5) All claims for damaged or faulty goods will be assessed by our SATRA accredited
technicians so as to establish their cause. After which a decision will be made
as to the validity of the claim and level to which you will be reimbursed.
