Returns Procedure
We want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase from us, If for any reason you are not happy with your items kindly return
goods in an unworn resale-able state within 28 days for a refund. Our cooling off
period is 7 working days from the day after the day on which the goods were
received. Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange
on-line as we can’t guarantee availability, goods can be returned for an
exchange or refund to any of our stores or alternatively if a different size is
required a new order would need to be placed on-line.
Please follow the steps
below:
1) Goods
can be returned using the returns label attached to your delivery note.
Alternatively download and print the returns label shown below (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the
label - click the "Get Adobe Reader" icon to download it if you
haven't already got it installed.) Please note
that the returns postage is not free, £2.99 is deducted from the overall
refunded amount on receipt of the returned goods if this label is used,
alternatively you may pay for your own returns postage and send to the same
address (please note own postage is not refunded), you will be notified via
email on receipt of your return that a refund has been issued. Returned goods
normally take around 7 working days to arrive back and for a refund to be
processed. Please note that the returns label cannot be used to return overseas
orders – These must be returned at the customers expense, please contact our
Helpdesk for any issues regarding overseas orders.

2) The item would need to be
suitably packed and protected to the address shown above and printed on our
returns label, ideally along with its original packaging along with your
completed returns form stating why the goods are being returned (this is the
paperwork sent with your order). The parcel would need to be returned via the
Post Office, unfortunately we are unable to offer a collection service. Please
retain your receipt as proof of postage.
3) Kindly
return items within 28 days of purchase in their original packaging. Our
cooling off period is 7 working days from the day after the day on which the
goods were received. If a full order is returned
within our 7 working days you will also be credited for the cost of your
outbound shipping costs and the cost of the returned goods (minus £2.99 if the
returns label is used, to cover returns shipping costs)
4) Goods believed to be faulty
(or damaged) can be returned for inspection by our Quality Control team and
assessed by SATRA accredited technicians to establish the cause. After which a
decision will be made as to the validity of the claim and level to which you
will be reimbursed, if deemed faulty a replacement/refund will be offered,
please enclose a covering note confirming which would be preferred. Please note
all goods believed to be faulty must be returned using the enclosed returns
label to ensure you are not charged for postage as we are unable to reimburse
own postage if paid.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel/amend orders in most circumstances once they are submitted, as after submission orders are automatically sent for processing, once they are at the processed and ready for dispatch stage we would be unable to locate orders, any unwanted goods would need to be returned for a refund.
