Returns Procedure

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, simply return them to us unworn in their original packaging within 28 days for a refund or exchange. Please follow the steps listed below:

1) Download the returns label shown below, and print it (you may be charged £2.50 to cover the cost of the return - alternatively you can arrange for your own returns postage). You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the label - click the "Get Adobe Reader" icon to download it if you haven't already got it installed.

2) Send the parcel back to the address shown above, suitably packed and protected, along with its original packaging and a copy of your completed returns form (this is included on the packing slip you received with your order). If the goods are found to be faulty you will receive a credit for any postage costs incurred, so please also include a receipt for postage or carriage where applicable.

3) If the return is within our stated 7 working days time limit you will be credited for the cost of your goods and delivery to you (less £2.50 if you used our returns label).

4) All claims for damaged or faulty goods will be assessed by our SATRA accredited technicians so as to establish their cause. After which a decision will be made as to the validity of the claim and level to which you will be reimbursed.
