When the courier delivered our product to the wrong address (someone who kept the parcel and would not give it to us) and we were in a panic as our 7 year old son needs them to be a munchkin in the wizard of oz on Friday(!!!), Nicola very kindly sent us a new pair by next day delivery marked very clearly for our address. Theses shoes stunk of rubber/petrol, so bad they are in the shed. How can any company expect a child to wear shoes that smell so strong, it would knock you out.
