This is the first time I have used Wynsors Store and I must say I am very pleased with the online service. It is always a little difficult purchasing when you can't see the item and have only a photo to work with as in the case of shoes/boots. There is no problem with Wynsors with all areas covered well and shoes/boots can be really scrutinised and a choice made. I am very pleased with my boots, good value too! Excellent store I shall shop here again.

The shoes arrived yesterday. The quality of the shoe in the leather, interior, and sole is first class. Unfortunately, my shoes had a fault: the left one is perfect, but the steel toe in the right one is not properly formed and as a result eats into the foot, so I will have to return the shoes. Most importantly, however, is my experience with Customer Support when my shoes had not arrived: it is the best support I've ever experienced. Phone was picked up on the first ring, then talked to Nicola who was friendly, professional, and just made the whole experience with dealing with a Customer Support department an absolute pleasure. Absolute top marks for professionalism, followup and friendliness for Wynsors on Customer Support. Brilliant.
