Our Whitley Road (Newcastle) Store went the extra mile recently to bring a bit of Christmas cheer to residents of a local care home.
Staff at Wynsors, Whitley Road, jumped at the chance to help the Choppington Disability Group who had organised a project to surprise residents at the Bridge View Care Home in Stakeford. Wynsors provided slippers as gifts for all the residents who were over the moon with the generosity.
Graham Huntley, from Choppington Disability Group, said,
” I would like to thank Della and her staff for arranging the order as well as delivering the slippers. The Bridge View care home residents were really pleased with their gift.
