The Invisible Shoe Range Goes Missing!

We’d like to apologise to all our loyal customers who never received their amazing new pair of InvisibleShoes. Unfortunately our Warehouse Manager seems to have misplaced the stock!

The April fools prank turned out to be a real success with lots of people getting involved on Twitter and Facebook as well as being picked up by both local and national press. And not forgetting what it was all about in the first place, thanks to your donations we managed to raise £278 for Macmillan Cancer Support!

We managed to get a few people suckered in, including some former staff members! Here is a text message conversation that took place between one of our store managers (SM)  and a former employee (FE)…

Former Employee (FE): Hi, have you started selling invisible shoes?

Store Manager (SM): Yeah, have you seen them online?

FE: No are they in store?

SM: Yeah, would you like a pair putting to one side for yourself?

FE: No I’m OK thanks, was just wondering. Are people actually buying them?

SM: Yeah, loads have gone already today we’ve nearly sold out!!

FE: OMG are they really that nice?? I’ve seen it all over twitter this morning!!

SM: Yeah I know everyone has been coming in for them!

FE: Could you please send me a picture and are they really dead nice?!?

SM: Yeah they’ve been really popular, but it depends on what your feet look like to be honest, I can’t send you a picture as they are invisible and they don’t show up that clear on my phone.

FE: Oh right OK.

SM: Come in for a pair!

FE: Do they really exist?!?

SM: April Fools!!!!

FE: OMG I get it now!!! hahahahaha

SM: Got ya!

FE: That is the best April fools ever!
