What is the Growth Spurt Guarantee & how does it work?
Parents can now purchase their children’s school shoes early in the summer, safe in the knowledge that they can exchange them free-of-charge if their little ones have a sudden growth spurt. This takes away the burden of the typical 30-day returns policy that many retailers use.
The offer is open to all uniform shoppers who purchase school shoes throughout July and up to 17th August.
All you need to do is show your receipt, and that the shoes are unworn, to store colleagues for a free exchange. You will be able to do this until 11th September, when most schools have reopened for the year.
