Our Back To School Events

Since the school holidays began in July, Wynsors has been really busy helping families across the country prepare everything they need for the new school year.

We believe that having properly fitted shoes is very important for children, especially as they grow so quickly throughout their school years! That’s why we’re proud to offer a personalised shoe-measuring service in all of our stores, where our experts can help you decide which shoes are going to be the best fit for your children.

To highlight our back to school campaign, we ran five local in-store competitions where families could win a prize hamper full of back-to-school essentials. Every child who had their feet measured in our selected stores received a raffle ticket and had the chance to win.

Here are some of the lucky winners:

She said:

“I cannot praise the staff enough to be honest, as they made my daughter feel like the most important girl in the world. Starting school can be a very apprehensive time for both parents and children, so to have the staff at Wynsors World of Shoes in Castleford take a genuine interest in us and offer us a personalised service was wonderful.”

As well as our in-store shoe fitting service, we also offer a downloadable shoe measuring guide here – in case you don’t have time to come and see us before school begins.
